Pictomio is a free photo and video organiser with excellent features.  Its interface is very cool and those who like those 3D views and wonderful features would certainly love to have it. 

Pictomio is essentially a software for managing, categorizing, searching and archiving your photos and videos.  It also allows you to generate animated 2D and 3D slide shows.  Browsing through your pictures in a 3D style is a different experience all together.  

Pictures can be rated by the users.  Initially the ratings would be empty.  Users can also geotag your digital photos with latitude, longitude and altitude information.  

Apart from these, there are various tools for web developers for improving their design.  Pictomio offers support for various websites such as Picasa, ImageShack, Facebook, Flickr and Photobucket.  With its EXIF editor, users can view, edit and save the meta data of JPEG files.
